Executive Director.
Run the institution. Own governance, coalition-building, and founding-member engagement.
Head of Credential & Standards.
Design and defend the portable credential — DOL registration, NCCER alignment, state licensure reciprocity.
Director of Hub Operations.
Open the first three hubs end-to-end: host-institution agreements, instructor hiring, employer pipeline.
Director of Labor Partnerships.
Own the relationship with NABTU, IBEW, UA, sheet-metal, and laborers. Translate scope and jurisdiction into program design.
Director of Government Affairs.
WIOA, DOL, DOE, DOD, GI Bill, state workforce systems. Coordinate public capital against private sponsor dollars.
Curriculum Lead — Critical Power.
Stand up the critical-power working group. Build a curriculum that journey-level techs respect.
Communications Lead.
Public voice of Ironside — press, owned channels, working-group visibility, worker-facing recruitment.
